EXTRUSION IS A TRANSFORMATION PROCESS BY HOT MECHANICAL DEFORMATION WHICH ALLOWS TO OBTAIN PROFILES ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER'S DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS.
ETA spa has 2 extrusion lines, of which: a 7" 1800 ton press, an 8" 2200 ton press. With our systems we are able to extrude profiles with lengths of up to 14 meters and achieve mechanical characteristics that allow us to satisfy the needs of various sectors, from commercial profiles to those for the automotive sector.
Technical department
The technical staff of Profilati Alluminio is equipped with strong problem solving skills, aimed at listening and solving the customer's specific needs for all aluminum profiles
Quality check
Eta spa ensures constant quality control of the production processes.
PACKAGING
Eta spa takes care of the packaging of the semi-finished products, considered a fundamental phase, which guarantees the delivery of quality products.
